Return and Exchange Policies
Kasumisou Gallery commitment to quality
We have very high standards for the quality of our products. We examine each item carefully when it is received from the maker. It is then checked again before being packed for shipping to a customer. For this reason, we are confident that every product that leaves our offices meets our high quality standards.
Personalized orders or logo items
Unless we have made an error, we do not accept returns of any personalized or school/corporate logo items.
General exchange and refund policy
Some of our products are not eligible for refund or exchange and we will specify that clearly on the product page in the product description and at check out.
We will accept return of most products for exchange or refund provided that neither the product nor its packaging has been damaged in any way. An item must be returned with its original packaging, both undamaged, within 14 days of receipt.
Whether a refund or exchange is requested, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipment including any inbound customs duties if applicable. A refund will be made by the same method as the initial payment, after subtracting the shipping charges, gift wrap fees if applicable, and the restocking charge. In the case of an exchange, a credit net of original shipping cost, gift wrap fees, and restocking charge will be applied to the new purchase. New outbound shipping charges will apply.
We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not in saleable condition when we receive it.
Once we have received your return, please allow approximately 1 week for a refund or exchange to be processed. Please allow approximately 3 weeks if the new item being shipped needs to be personalized. More time may be required for transactions involving customers or shipments outside the United States.
